Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. About us
These terms apply to services provided by Abrar Zahran trading as EXTERMA Pest Management (“EXTERMA”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@exterma.co.uk, 07900 068272.
2. Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or contract. A quote is based on the information available at the time and may change if the inspection finds the work differs from what was described. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Appointments and cancellations
Appointments are confirmed only once agreed with you directly. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellation or wasted-visit charge that may apply will be made clear to you before booking.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the areas we need to inspect or treat.
- Follow any preparation and aftercare guidance we give.
- Tell us about children, pets, allergies or other relevant circumstances before treatment.
5. Results
We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Pest activity can be affected by factors outside our control, such as building defects, neighbouring properties and hygiene conditions, so we cannot guarantee that pests will not return. Any follow-up visits included in a quote will be stated in writing.
6. Payment
- Standard residential jobs: payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Larger or special projects: we may require a deposit of up to 50% before work begins, with the balance due on completion. Any deposit requirement will be clearly stated in the quote before booking.
- Commercial recurring work: invoiced monthly, with payment due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Commercial pest-management plans
For ongoing commercial work, the scope, visit frequency, price, contract period and cancellation terms are agreed individually and set out in a written proposal or service agreement. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel that applies to you under consumer protection law.
9. Website use
Information on this website is general and not a substitute for an inspection. We aim to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or up to date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
